I had bought Akai CT colour television few years back. And I was very much disappointed to see the picture quality. It is very bad and you can even see the colours are concentrated more at certain places and light at others in this way pictures look very uneven quality.
It has other drawbacks too like huge size, curved screen etc.
Let me discuss some specifications here in detail
Video Quality: is very much bad. You dont expect such a bad picture quality. Its not smooth and also its not user friendly when it comes to strain on eyes.
Sound Reception: sound quality is nice and very high volume speakers are inbuilt. You usually need to put it at 3 to 5 on 20 point level.
Value of Money: I feel its not the goid choice to buy at the specified price. Its very much bulky, with very huge Cathod ray tube. It occupies lot of space. And also consumes more power.
Service and support: As the company is Japanese I did not contact them for any issues so I dont know about this thing.
Recommendations: I wouldn't like to recommend this product model or range to customers. Its mere wastage of money.
