Background: I am a Jio user since its inception and even on the large scale the company has best CC among all telecoms and is very prompt to respond and fix issues. In the dilemma that AJIO should be like JIO, I made an order recently. Only to learn that it's not. Beware, it's not a brother of Jio but completely reverse of that.
Customer Service is close to non-existent. Even if you are able to reach them somehow, they're UNHELPFUL and mostly BOTS repeating the same question until you loose your patience.
Even on call, they will keep repeating a date of 7 days later like a parrot and "issue will be resolved" and things like that without even listening to your problem and documenting it.
The experience was pathetic and I already see on MS, most of others have the exact same experience, so it could not be just one time thing happening to someone. It's the norm and culture of the company.
They are holding my money ransom for 20 days and they have zero collaboration with their courier partner while delivering. They chose pathetic XpressBees to deliver my products, half of which is not yet delivered in 16 days, and they are picking up the ones which are delivered with Delhivery which is quick and nice.
UPDATE(29th Dec 2021): I just saw that they closed the complaint I raised on 22nd with following notes,
"Resolved on 25th Dec 2021
We have received a confirmation from our logistics team that the order could not be delivered because of your unavailability at shipping address. Hence, we are closing this complaint."
what a pathetic looser these guys are. They closed saying my unavailability at address, which their courier partner website tracking clearly says it's on hold at some other location. If I had someone from AJIO, I would teach him what telling a lie means.
