My experience with AJIO is very worst, even though I am a loyal customer for quite long.
I was given assurance by AJIO that delivered product will be Exchanged . The product was delivered to me on 24th of Feb. Immediately I raised a return on 24th itself with a proper reason .The initial return date given was on 4th March .It was not picked up .After repeated requests AJIO promised on or before 9th March .Agian that was not happed. Again after requesting, AJIO communicated back to me by saying that the product I purchased was not eligible for return and they closed my communication at their will.
If it was not eligible for return, how come AJIO agreed two times mentioned above .
Number one cheating company. Dont have proper policies.
