I bought for the first time on this website and will not only never go back again myself but am making the effort to share my experience so others don't go through something similar.
I bought a pair of Crocs slippers on April 24th. They were small in size for me so I requested an exchange for a bigger size. AJIO has partnered with Dehlivery for their deliveries and the next 10 days after my request I got calls that someone was coming over to pick up the product, but no one would show up. Sometimes the callers would say they are from AJIO, other times Dehlivery. I was told the small slippers would be taken back and quality checked and then a replacement product would be sent. Finally, on the day the small-sized slippers got picked up, I had got calls from 3 different people before one of them showed up for the pick-up.
Then I heard nothing from AJIO for 3 weeks!
When I followed up and raised a complaint with their call center I started getting 5-8 automated messages every day saying AJIO is working on my problem, but not one human being who got on the phone with me to understand and solve the issue! Post my complaint, I got calls from Dehlivery agents again who said they have come to deliver the correct size slippers but they needed to pick up the small-sized slippers first. I told them that I had already given it back. One of their representatives even asked me - which agent did you give it to! Does AJIO expect me to take down the names and details of each of their delivery people? In this day and age of e-commerce and especially during corona when we all we're getting so many things delivered every day I have never face such an issue with any other e-commerce company. I could see that between Dehlivery and AJIO they had a big mess in the name of operations and all the customer was getting was harassment and automated calls!
Anyway, I re-raised the complaint with AJIO and was told someone would come back to me by 29th May - so, at this point, this has already been over a month with me having paid the money for a product I haven't received. Early in June, I got a call from AJIO saying they have received the small-sized slippers and I will be getting a refund for the product since after all this experience I had no interest in buying anything from them.
Today is 12th June and we're closing in on 2 months since I first purchased on the AJIO website. and this is all I have got:
1) Lots of harassment from their delivery people and lots of follow-ups to get the money back
2) No Product
3) No Refund
DO NOT BUY HERE, save yourself the headache and the harassment.
