Internet speed of airtel is really very slow.They are making big ads but giving nothing to customers.Sometimes I face call drops.Recently I need to send sms for my upi verification from my airtel number which is linked with my bank account but it failed without any reason.I tried for 2 3 days but same result.After that I tried to call them and also mailed them but the result was 0.I even used twittet to raise my complain but they gave me very stupid answer that you can not recieve sms because you changed sime in last 24 hours.First of all I was recieving sms, my problem was I could not sent sms and second, I was facing this problem even before changing sim card.So finally I went to airtel office they checked everything and told me it will be resolved in next 24 hours.After 24 hours same problem and I visited again.They told me that now I am sending mail to airtel so come after 24 hours! Is this joke! ?We are not free to visit your office everyday.I visited office after 24 hours and their resolution was keep talking on phone for 10 minutes to activate sms service! Is this even legal! ? I need to waste my balance without my fault! Finally after 15 days of harresment my query resolved! This is the worst network operator with really mad people in their customer service department.Ported out from airtel immediatly and will never use airtel again.
