I am a post paid Airtel mobile subscriber for almost two years and my experience with the operator is really good. The reach or the network coverage in our place(Trivandrum, Kerala) is really excellent.
I do not have any problem with their services so far. There was no case of over billing or wrong billing to talk about. The attention I have received at their Customer Service center has been fairly good. But I have a word that it should have been better if one could get straight to the Customer Service Agent through the main menu, instead of sub-menu after dialing CS Number. In that case, one can get his things done easily than going through all that unwanted announcements.
The Relations ship centres available in different parts of the city are also very customer friendly and they are only happy to help you. Payment of bills is very easy as payment without any extra charges is accepted by dealers too.
The detailed bills are received as an attachment to the e-mail.
Generally, the services are good and I do not have anything to complain about as of now.
