I will tell U the story...
I am an AirTel Karnataka Pre-paid customer & am under AirTel ONE plan, that means if I make any local GSM call(including AirTel-to-AirTel, it will be charged @ Re.1- per minute i.e., ''60 seconds''...
Everytime, before & after making any damn call, I check my balance...
I made a local GSM call, in fact it was a local AirTel-to-AirTel call which I talked for 1:58 i.e.,1 Minute 58 seconds, that means the call charges should be exactly Rs.2-, but AirTel charged me Rs.3-...I thought, wowwww, this is wonderful, I talked only for less than 2 minutes & AirTel is charging me Rs.3-, what a Calculating Software AirTel has...This is an awesome mistake...
Okay, one more thing I wanna say here is that, I don't have PROOF that I made a local GSM call for 1 minute 58 seconds...When I made the above call, I just noted down the call details like the time of the day & the time(interval) I talked for...
So, I made a call to Customer care & complained abt the same thing...The guy @ the other end told me I nee2 call after 1 (or) 2 days regarding this as their servers get updated only after a day (or) two...
So I called the next day & complained again...Support girl told me, I was being charged correctly...I asked her, hw come this is possible, I talked only for 1 minute 58 seconds & U have charged me Rs.3- instead of Rs.2-...
I asked her, for how many minutes I spoke i.e., abt the call details...She told me it is against the AirTel rules to disclose the call details to the customer...
I thought, what the hell she is saying, if they don't tell me the details hw can we know the call details...
After that, I spoke to few more customer support executives, they also told me the same thng that they can't reveal the call details...
This happened several times before also, but I didn't care much as I was busy, but since it keeps on happening, I complained this time, but everythng in Vain...

P.S.: I didn't write this review just like that, plz plz plz I want serious answers on hw to set about SUEing AirTel...
