Airtel is so costly and low service. There is no customer satisfaction. because more than 3 or four days face no coverage problem. Airtel provides so many connections that the tower cannot face the loads. all towers become older so the functions are interrupted by old infractures. Now airtel monthly recharge is very costly. So, it is not digested that you increase costs and reduce services.
I am surprised that the recharge graph falls suddenly after an increasing recharge rate.
20% of customers refuse to recharge the Airtel network & port the connection to another network.
149 recharge of 2GB Data for 24 days now it become 199 plan
