The network is pathetic and now Airtel wants us to pay more for what we are not even using. Capped the minutes of cellular calls or calls over LTE whatever, years back the messages were caped. Now the minutes are capped. Unlimited that's nothing more than a word. On the app it is mentioned "unlimited- Airtel minutes" So now the company not just wants us to stay on Airtel but whom we talk with should also be on the same network. And always the company has just one lullaby to sing. We are following TRAI's mandate. I just want to ask you, people, when TRAI is so intelligent what the hell you people are running the company for. Whenever I try to share the details with you about the network problem you always have the same old line from the 1530s. Sir we are trying to get it right, please bear with us. I have been doing the same for about 6 months now. Either do something about it or please handover the network to someone else. Airtel is a company that is nothing more than a dacoit but dressed as a professional. The company is always up with massive banners of offering the best at the lowest. Guess what? You aren't. And even after typing, complaining so much there is going to be no change at all. Hats off Pathetic network of the year, of the century. India a third world country and Airtel is a third world country dacoit. And the best part is no matter what we do, type, post, hashtag. It doesn't change a thing. They always come up with new ways to loot the customers, as they pay a hefty price for the advertisements. Best is to use the same money to install new towers. Dacoits!
