Using Airtel 3G plan and paying Rs 500 per month for 2gb data and speed is so poor that a 2g speed can easily beat airtel 3g speed. Called their customer care many times but no solution. Finally sent a mail to them. See this

I am an old corporate customer and using your(useless) 3G internet plan and wasting Rs 500 every month for 2gb data and waiting that day when the net speed will be fast. Several times complained/requested kindly look into the matter but your useless call centre does not have any solution.
They themselves closing my complaints and sending me sms that your problem has been solved.(Great style of working)
Waiting for your hopeless and time wasting call and ready to listen again that your problem has been solved. Go to hell!
