Was using Airtel prepaid since 9 years and 2 Postpaid connections since 3.5 years Mobile numbers 9717xx1xx7 and 8130xx4xx8
Since April 2017 network issue started and it is getting worse day by day.
After making several complaints Airtel is not able to resolve the issue and kept the complaint pending since months.
Due to poor network:
1) Sudden network disappear in the phone.
2) No voice during the call 3) 1 time success in outgoing call if I try for more than 20 times during peak hours no calls at all
3) Very hard to get Incomming calls(people complaining that number is not reachable) all the time. 3) Cross voice during the call
4) Buzzing/Strange sound during the calls.
The situation is very bad since July 2017.
Having 2 postpaid numbers I was feeling like no connectivity at all.
After giving almost more than 2 months I finally decided to switch/port to other operator.
