Seriously, Airtel is one of the most worst mobile operator I have ever encountered in my life. The very reason why I hate them is because of their weak network signal and very poor customer service. It doesn't matter how good plans you provide to your customer, if your signal strength is weak and customer support is bad then nothing can save you from drowning down. Especially, when talking about their postpaid connection, they charge you so much for no reason. I don't understand how and why they are charging a high bill even when we have not talked to that extreme limit.
Their recent advertising where they're stating that "sabkuch try karo phir select karo ", and what always come to my mind is that "bhai, maine sabkuch try karliya hain ". I have used a majority of all the mobile networks which are Idea, Vodafone, BSNL, Docomo, Uninor, Jio and Airtel too. Presently, I am using Idea and Jio since they have the best signal strength and customer service and support.
NETWORK:
The weakest of all networks in India.
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
Most horrible service you can ever get.
CHARGES AND BILLINGS:
Charges and billings are very much high especially, when it is a postpaid connection.
MY SUGGESTION IS:
Stop your journey with Airtel and switch on to a better network. It's not too late even now. Hurry up!
