Airtel horrible services. Review on Airtel Mobile Operator

Dear all, I have had really bad experiences with airtel. if you request for activation or deactivation os some services, be sure it is never done on time. I always call the customer care for queries. they speak very well on phone, very poslihed english..... but please note that they say their names so fast that u are sure not to make head or tail of it. then their conversation is prim.... I have asked for roaming services many times. and it always happens that it is never activated. I reach the new city just to find out that the roaming is not activated and I am stuck without able to make any calls..... but their rate plans are really good and cheap.

i was amazed with reliance and the kind of range it has. it has range in almost evry nook and corner of thhis country, the rates are also very good. but the hassle is when something goes wrong with ur mobile and u tend to lose all information stored in the mobile...
