I am a regular customer of Airtel from past 9-10 years. I have tried many service providers but unfortunately none of them could satisfy me in terms of offers and services. Airtel is largest network working in almost 11 countries. It has connectivity all across the India even in far flung areas where other network companies can't even imagine to be. Living in Kashmir really needs some service provider more than normal that can make you access to atleast calls and internet and Airtel promises that out.
The airtel always provide great customer centered offers and the customer care services are the best in India. I have worked with its customer care services and I know how much they stress on the customer satisfication. A basic three months training is given to recruits for providing better service to its customers.
The another important aspect of this company is that it is easy to use and its centres are located all across the country. The 4G internet speed is the best in India with access from anywhere.
