I have been using airtel dth since past three years now as we are airtel users throughout for mobile, wi fi, dth& all other services.
In past few months the signal quality has gone really bad& recently we had to get the dish relocated and other parts changed for it too but the output result is still not the same as signal strength is only 60-70% while earlier it used to be 90-100%.
I came to know from the technician that the satellite has been changed so this problem has occured but its almost one month now& no signs of any improvement even after repeated complaints.
On top of it recently they increased the charges of their monthly plan without any intimation to us making us wonder why we have charged extra. Dont know why but airtel services have gone down resulting out of maybe too many user base now.
Hope they pay heed to customers complaints as earlier or it would be tough for them to retain their customer base!
