I started subscribing to airtel digital in 2018.I must share my experience on this platform.
1.I got the antenna installed on the roof.The picture quality is dull.The picture shakes from time to time.If wind blows faster not even a storm, the connection and the picture goes off and some times it becomes blur.We dont enjoy the service.
2.The customer service facility is the worst.The toll free number is not toll free.No representative receives the call.Who will keep calling throughout the day?
3.After I recharged immediately the channels are not restored.You have to call at a number.Who has time to do so?
4.The price of the package is higher.
5.The company automatically starts channels that I did not subscribe to.It is intentional so that the package is exhausted before time and the customer again recharges before time.At least three channels(all were news channel) were started but I am afraid, I never sent any request to initiate them.
6.The website through which we should recharge is slow and sometimes does not accept payments.
7.Most of the time an error message appears on the screen.
8.Many channels like travel XP HD and a few bengali channels are not available on the service.These channels do not exist on their domain.
9.A few days ago suddenly a channel belonging to a package was stopped.Again I had to call at the customer care to restart that.
I gave a number of problems on this platform.Please read and give a double thought before approaching this service.
This company sells products at higher prices but the service is not upto the mark.I shared here my genuine experience.
