I have upgraded my Airtel DTH to Airtel Internet TV by May'17 and till then I have invited suffer of my life. Very frequently most of the channel after a certain series gets disappers from channel list as well as manual selection and message comes as "invalid chanel number" Same issue reported 10times in last 40-50 days but no solution offered till date. Every time when I call them they eat almost my 30mins and I have to tell them the same issue to each level of customer care team, they promise to resolve the issues but they never turned up and close the complaints from backend without any resoltion. WHEN I AGAIN CALL THEM THEN AGAIN I HAVE TO REPEAT SAME STORY AND THESE SENSELESS PEOPLE WILL DO NOTHING BUT FALLS PROMISES. While seeing such support from Airtel team if you post this on social media or any other online forum, they will simply post some nonsense clueless reply like "we tried calling you and provide alternate numbers" or they will say "as per our discussion your complaint has been resolved" and such fooling comments to get them self safe but never ever you get a call and resolutions on time.
Airtel Internet Tv doesn't seems well tested before launching into market. In very intial days of the installation some 5-6 different airtel dth filed engineers visited to my place to solve the issues but they tried one by one and gave up and now not even coming to resolve the issue.they are confused about the new internet tv and try all luck to fix this randomly. Customer care are clue less, engineers are clueless, product is full of error. Shame on you #Airtel, before charging so high to customer against this pathetic service atleast test it at your end. I know total 4 connection of #AirtelInternetTv in my network and all are almost tired complaining about various issue every second day and also against each complaint these clueless engineers visit your doorstep multiple times and eat your time like hell. Failed product #AirtelInternetTv #dontuseAirtel.
I am so much in frustration now that these people are not giving any solution, I almost giving up calling them for issues, post on web and social media but no resoltion.
They are not even ready to refund the money despite noticing multiple failure in the product and non supporting attitude and we have to live with it.
