I am using Aritel DTH for more than 2 years. Many channels are showing Error code: 001 Which mean bad weather. But in case of this error all channels should not work. Around 50% channels showing 001 error code for more than a month and when I contacted with customer care number they told me that everything is working fine at our end, it must be some mistake from your side. I follow all instructions given by their customer support but problem didn't resolved.
Finally customer care gave me great suggestion that we will sent engineer to your home and he will charge for this service. I am paying for their service and they are not providing service. It is their fault of mine. I am going to change Airtel to some other provider and suggest my friends not to take Airtel even by mistake. Initial one year no problem but later on god knows.
Channels who are working are not displaying clear picture. Very funny service.
Never go to Airtel TV
