I was using Airtel Broadband connection for six months. Although my plan was Rs. 1299 but never sent bill less than Rs. 2000. The reason behind it, they always make force to use smartbytes. I always request customer care but they never increased my plan.
They always make false excuse, it is not possible in your area. In every month, atleast 4 days gone with net problem. They are good in pickup in calls but in solving the problem. Finally I get disconnected the connection. Even they called me regularly , sir please retain the connection and send me bills of 2 extra months even I was not use that. I request everyone, please scold them forcibly whenever they ask you for retain the connection because they not understand the words of politeness.
