I am using Airtel broadband with 1099/- INR plan which meets my office and personal net surfing requirement. I didn't find it down since I am using it from past 8 months. Good customer service, easy bill pay options, stores are next to my door makes it better than others.
Speed is fairly good to watch movies on-line, listening songs on you tube and same time do internet surfing without interruption.
