I have airtel fixed line number in faridabad for last few years with broadband plan. I was using broadband till maybe march this year and then I didn't needed and didn't used broadband at all as I got 2 data card options with me.
Worst of the interaction with airtel started since June when I first requested to disconnect the connection at my home with written mail. No answer for so many days though got ticket number on auto generated mail. after that I mailed atleast ten times. every time the same story of auto generate mails and no calls or solution. got calls in between who also hang up stating nest time they will call.
My question is why am I paying airtel for broadband when I am not using it for last 6 months atleast. for what I am penalised. this is the worst customer services and ethics I have ever seen from any one.
Initially I thaught only government body's only are pethetic but I was wrong. There are companies giving them competition in worst services.
