I am writing this review after using the Postpaid sim, Prepaid sim, and broadband connection of Airtel.
Firstly I have taken my postpaid sim in June'2017.
It worked fine for a few days, it was working fine for 1 Year, however, the problem starts in May'2018.
First Day, when I complain regarding internet issues on 25 May 2018 cc told me their team will get back to you and resolve the issue within 2 days.
I waited for 2 days no one contacted me, but this is not the end of the problem it is just a starts.
The second problem - where I was facing issues using the internet in my area which is Yelahanka, Now one more issue has been added that is my mobile data is not working properly in the entire Bangalore, shocking truth. I raised the complaint again, cc told again they will get back to me within 2 days.
I waited for it's more than 7 days nobody contacted me.
So I waited for 7 Days, becomes months and months become years. Nobody called.
Finally, I decided to port sim(request has sent to port my sim, a big surprise I got a call within 25 Min, wow good job guys!
I explained my situation that I am not able to use internet connection and the entire issue that I was facing with since after listening to my issue very seriously and carefully he gave an assurance that we are escalating this issue and our concern team will get back to you with 24 hours. Finally got some with his false promise.
Again, 24 hours passed its become day and day become weeks and weeks become months and year.
Again raised a complaint and spoke to the supervisor and requested him to resolve my issue, the same thing has been repeated as false hope false promises and Instead of resolution I have got two more problems in a network while talking I am not able to hear other person's voice, calls drops.
Now we have a climax, I had followed up so many times in every after 7 days, they are just raising a complaint and closing without any resolution.
It's been 2 years still I am following up.
Again we have a new story, I have raised a complaint on 17 Aug 2020, cc told me they will give me a resolution within 8 days since they have SLA as 8 days. (8days) with no resolution.
26 Aug called again CC told they have "Escalated" my issue and the concerned team will get back.
3 Sep(no resolution).
12 Sep Again followed with cc and Raised complaint with escalation(Result - No resolution).
20 Sep Again called - Raised complaint spoke to Supervisor Rahul) He assured me that he will do a higher level of escalation and within 8 days will resolve the problem.
So now Still I am following up with Airtel cc and what they are doing they raised complaints by making false promises and after 8 days, surprisingly you will get an SMS stating that "Your issue is temporary" hence we are closing your request.
Now we have one more story to complete, last week have got the broadband connection, I am facing the same issue with a broadband connection. The cc will just there to listen to the problem. even the IVR says " We are always here to listen to your problem not to give a resolution."
Finally, I have requested the port sim and I am going for MNP.
Meanwhile, I had 10 connections which were airtel entire network has been port.
May Airtel thinks if they lose one customer there is no loss, but let me tell you, you already lost 10 customers and apart from that my 5 friends already asked me which connection is good for mobile data, I did not suggest which connection you should buy, but I told them "BUY ANY CONNECTION but DO NOT TAKE AIRTEL", so now you have 15 customers, you lost.
Again in my family, we had 7 more connections (cousins) they also changed to Vodafone from airtel.
So now you lost 21 CC.
This is just starting you may have a large customer.
Neither wifi nor Mobile data none of them is working better.
Because Airtel makes false promises and shows false advertisement to increase customer.
