Pathetic Service from Airtel
I am already existing customer for Airtel mobile for last 6 years. Applied for a new 4G Dongle and came to know that they need to do verification again! . They need to verify a postpaid customer with same address and customer ID and I am still Waiting for Airtel to verify even on the 6th day since the SIM was purchased.
Pathetic service from both Instore and support team. Both blame each other for service not getting activated
