They are stealers/ Theives in simple terms. This company has been following the policy of making people fool and steal out their many any how. Adopt whateva cheap way left on this planet to cheat and rob their harden earned money.
1- They would NEVER EVER commit to their services and we have apoted for.
2- They would nver give up on your customer care call, they'll make you get sick and tired and disconect on your own, this way they are never the culprit.
3- Speed of Internet - Never been thier concern, nor will.
4- They are like politicians promises you 1000 tempting things just to amke you activate the plan/ choose them in the poll. Post it they disappear like never existed.
5- To deactivate a service is even more difficult than landing on mars. They would make thousands of excuses to not make you do it.
I wonder how they train their customer executive. They seem to be really good at what they do.
At the end, don't struk your self with them, just a suggestion.
