My postpaid wi-fi device stopped working after a few days of service. After putting my complaint, I got a message that the complaint is'resolved', though nothing had happened. I made a few more attempts for problem resolution, but the problem was always closed as'resolved'. At the end, a technician actually visited and found the device as'defective', but still did not get it replaced.
I had to apply for a disconnection and pay the bill for that month, but the issue did not end even here. I got billed for 3 more months. As per their'records', I am still their defaulter.
