My internet connection was down for 5 days and the csr patiently kept on replying the case resolution takes 48 hours to resolve, there is no technical support on saturday and sunday, no compensation for the loss of connection during these days I would never recommend anyone to use airtel 4g you are inviting big risk with no solution there are many issues with billing, activation of new plans failed for me and I was overcharged for 4 months the ombuds team is unprofessional incompetent in handling customer grievances, the only investment they do is in fake marketing and no defects in payment gateway integration the only regularity is in payment collection, airtel does not believe in customer satisfaction and retention they have messed up their customer relations, lost their brand name and all this is going to pay them dividends in coming future, I hardly see any improvment mesaures taken by them in order to please a huge customer base
