Dear Reader,
Never go for 4G Airtel. Advertisement is more but service is not like that.
They will show you using there device speed upto 36MBPS but in reality it's not.
You will be cheated after giving the money to them.They won't respond. and commit like they are just reaching to your home for service but they won't.
I have taken post paid connection and it is activated since 8days, still I am not able to use it as there having issue in device/SIM. They are telling me to change the SIM since 8days and always committing like they are coming today and resolving the issue. This commitment they are making from day 1 and in everyday basis. Untill I was not paid, they were following me and once paid, I am just listening their honey voice But still it's not resolved.
After a long followups and complain registed, they are closing the ticket without resolving the issue.
Because of these kind of guys, Airtel is also loosing his good reputation. Airtel should take strong action against these kind of person.
