Hi friends, I have been using Airtel 4G hotspot for 3 months. I bought it at a cost of 1300 Rs. From my past 3 months of use, I have found flowing pros and cons regarding the item.
FIRST OF ALL TAKING ABOUT THIS PROS.
It is easy to connect device and connection is good if network is available.
IT BOOTS UP QUICKLY.
IT HAS STRONG WIRELESS SECURITY MODE.
THE MAIN CONS I HAVE NOTICED ARE.
THERE IS NO OPTION TO SELECT A PARTICULAR LTE BAND.
it has priority over signal but not the speed. Even when signal is good, the speed may not be that good. The speed is good only if band 40 is available, else it will connect to band 3 or 5 and speed will be low.
THE WI-FI RANGE IS A BIT LOW.
The device can last barely for 4 hours and sometime heats up when multiple user are connected.
There is no option to block specific device on Wi-Fi.
