I am prepaid customer of Aircel for few years and noticed below mentioned problems, if anyone is aware of it please comment:
The balance is automatically deducted without information.
I have recharged with Rs 26 were user gets 200 mb of data. After 3 days when I checked data usage in my android device it shows you have used only 35MB. Tried to contact at 198 and it always says that lines are busy for last 5 days.
Network is not at all good, voice cracks and voice is not audible from other side sometimes.

- The rate cutter pack for rs34/ was charged via USSD. After 10 days noticed that, if you do back to back calls and check the balance it is fine. However, next day they will deduct rs50/- from your main balance. Currently, rate cutter pack is active still being charged at 1paisa per second on local calls. Tried to contact 198 still busy.(Updated on May 23rd, 2015)
Got call from customer service(May 22nd, 2015)and they are saying to visit nearest store and check the logs. So, money is gone and you need to spend another 100 bugs from pocket along with delhi's heat to visit nearest store inorder to check Aircel mistake which Aircel representative will not accept.
I am one of many customers you are taking money like this. I will visit and update here interaction with store guys.Thankyou for calling me after writing reveiw on mouthshut.com( it works people are aware of it.).
