I have ported my number 9840608193 to aircel prepaid from airtel prepaid in chennai some months back and although I got my sim in Chennai and I live in chennai. Aircel appelllate authority says that chennai plans are not applicable to me and only TN plans are applicable now after so many months, because of which reduced talk time is only given for fulltalk time offers.
Data not given as per offer on their website and call charges are charged at more than a rupee/minute. Please take some action in this case as this is gross injustice to the customer and total fraud by the service provider. Its a blatant volation of ethics by the telecom providor and hope trai is not sleeping on these issues.
