Just four months I have aircel post paid connection for my business.


But now I am using the same number but other network.


I have using three numbers. But I never thought they(aircel) gave me this kind of worst experience.


At my point of view.




  1. The Network. very worst. signal even you are in city. you think what about rural.




  2. Billing and Charges. one can competite their billing cycle and as well as details of billing. They only know.




  3. Service(especially Mudichur, Chennai) was so awesome.I dont know how they are appointing the person. Whenever I visit this franchisee always I got temped because of their attitude and the way they handle customers. Finally I was jumped(they took(postpaid to prepaid) hardly 2 months time and money) to another network.






Thank god.
