In the last month when I bought new sim of aircel with very good offer at PUNE city.that time I got very good response from aircel.the offers are also better than other network.but there are some good and bad things which I was faced.
Good about Aircel
-Easy and Quick service for new customer
-Very good and low cost offer for new customer
-hearable audio quality while calling to others
-many offer for every type of customer
-Day night offers for internet and voice calling
Bad about Aircel
-Not good customer care support
-Coverage problem at outside area of city
-call broken, noice, distortion in voice call
-Average internet connection.only good for whatsapp
so these are the some things which I was faced many times.Aircel provide good offers but they dont providing coverage.
I am not satisfied with aircel services. and now try to change network provider
