Thought this is not a very old one, the services provided by the airline can improved. In my opinion, I would say the service provided was average and that bad that you cannot travel. The improvement can be made in areas like sitting space, punctuality, flight attendants communication skills can be improved. It needs to make it's seats more comfortable. It's services are not very bad but it needs to be polished more when it comes to domestic airline competitors.
