When I logged on to mouthshut just now I was shocked to see a high ranking review by trustworthy on Indian Airlines. believe me I happened to travel more then twice by IA, but never experience anything other then worst from IA.
First you can call yourself to be luck if your flight take off at right time most of the time due to even minor reason like refueling they delay the flight and that also they dont have courtesy to inform the passenger about the delay, due to which there is always a chaos scene at the airport which gives bad impression of country.
The air-hostess on IA consider themselves to be beauty queen or Miss India that they just move around as if they are doing some fashion show without paying any attention to passenger needs.I think they must be thrown out of the flight itself.
Due to the lack of proper management and service they are creating lot of trouble for other flight passengers too.
Because of all this no one nowdays travel with IA due to which they are always short of budget. I have heard they are planning to privatise which is the best thing to do seeing their present condition.
i will never recommend it to anyone at anytime..
