Its been a pathetic service carrier. I was late by only 7 minutes and flight was about to fly in next 45 mins and I was without baggage but these Air India scammers didnt let me board. I am a frequent traveller but never used to travel from Air India till date. This is not my first occasion where I faced time related issues, but with other private carriers theu respect money n time of traveller n tty to help in best possible way wherease in Air India they have extreamly rigit employees who hardly listen n understand your possition. However, if i would be traveling with baggage than I could have understood security stuff of Airlines.. But it was only me as a traveler n they did not allow me to fly. When I asked for refund they mentioned that I can cancel only if I am doing it within 2 hours of departure.. But I booked it about an hour n 15 minutes ago.. So how this policy apply on us? Why they let us book after there refund period expiration? They prove to be a sarkari company n they lack fundamental of aviation business. Due to such practices.. They are in losses! I hate it!!!
