Honestly Me And My Family Not Interested In Taking Domestic Flights, We Usually Take International Flight, Me And My Family Has Took Many International Flights Like From India To Canada Or Dubai, In fact Its My Second Domestic Flight Usually In Traveling Within India We Go By RoaD, Or AC TRAIN . Every Year We Go For Vacation And This Year We Had Decided To Go By Flight From Delhi To SriNagar .

• In Service And Administration, The Service Is Not Impressive After Booking My Flight Firstly I Had Received An Mail Regarding Successfully Booking, In The Next Day Morning Again I Received An Mail From AirIndia Which Is Explaining That My Booking Is Not Confirmed, I Immediately Call To AirIndia Customer Care But The Call Operator Firstly Transferred My Call To 2 Different Sections, And After Explaining Them 2 Times In Different Sections They Gave Me Another Number To Talk To Them And Their You Get Your Final Query Resolved Surely But When I Called On That Number Nobody Picks My Call The Operator Pickup And Told Me To Call Again After Few Moments .

• And When I Tried To Give Last Attempt Finally They Listen To My Problem And Cleared All My Thoughts And Queries . Also The Flight Toilets Is Not Properly Cleaned, The Hand Cleansing Tissue Is Not Available In The Flight Toilet, Also By Complaining By Various Passengers They Have Not Listen To Their Problem .

• Also Being Comfortable And Had Healthy And Delicious Food Is The Main Priority Of Every Passenger, But AirIndia Didn't Know The Meaning Of It . Seats Are Not Comfortable As It Is Good For An Average Indian Height, But What About Tall Height Passengers The Leg Room Is Not Sufficient, Food Is Average Not GooD .

Overall, Totally Its Not Recommendable From Services To Quality Its Poor, Needs Many Improvement, So BeAware Of Booking The Flight Of Airindia As It Seemed To Be As Cheap Airlines Not Even Average Or GooD .
