Air India Express, needs to improve. Review on Air India Express

Last month I traveled through Air India Express from Delhi to Dubai, the flight was not very comfortable but was OK. Its a budget airline, while going, the flight was fully cleaned, the seats, toilets and blankets everything were in good state of condition. But when I was coming back to Delhi I didn't enjoy it at all. It looked like the staff was not interested in serving and assisting also the hygiene was not satisfactory. I have used Air India many times but their this new budgeted flight I experienced first time.

When we travel through plane we dont only need comfort but cleanliness, good service and hygiene as well. If an airline calls itself budget and cheap that doesn't means it would not provide good atmosphere and clean area. Also the airline staff must be a good host and ready to help the passengers. In Air India Express I found that the staff was doing all its work but not with very much interest. Some of my co passengers also felt same way. Yes being a cheap flight we should not expect first class facilities but at least properly fitted seats and clean toilets are basic things to provide.

But if you are travelling for a destination which takes you long hours then choose an airline which can provide you comfort, service and clean environment. Its better to pay some more and get a good flight from a reputed airline where you can get good comfortable seats, service, food beverages and other entertainment facilities.
