I had a Bangalore to Goa booking AirAsia Flight booking on 24/01/2017 with a return journey on 27/01/2017.
So bad and terrible was my experience with the ground staff that I have cancelled my return ticket(Goa-Bangalore) with AirAsia.
No question that AirAsia is currently offering deals that are priced very competitively to attract customers. However, they treat customers like dirt, as if by selling a low cost ticket they have earned the rights to abuse and humiliate you publicly. I can read some reviews that speak very high about this airline, trust me guys, now when I read them carefully I fell they are all paid reviews because my experience has been terrible. Book this airline if you want experience rude and abusive staff.
I've a habit of using Indigo, the email send by Indigo clearly reads names of all passengers and just by showing that email I used to clear the initial security at airport gate.
While I was entering the airport with my wife and 8 year old son, they were not allowed inside because the email did not read passenger names.
I wanted to proceed to the check-in counter so that I can get boarding passes.
One Air Asia ground staff stopped me and asked me to use kiosk for generation of boarding passes.
The passes generated automatically allocated seats in which my 8 year old son had to sit in next row.
I was frustrated at entry gate and then this seat allocation by default was bad. I started to explain this to your ground staff.
Instead of understanding the problem I was facing and helping me to solve the issue Air Asia staff was rude.
This is what I faced at check in counter:
Manish, the Air Asia staff; boasted about his position at Air Asia saying that he is the manager.
1."You do not know" that a link of itenary exists in email . clicking on that would have showed names of travelers - Manish
Sir, with due respect it was your staff which instead of showing me the link initially guided me kiosk.

2.MR. MANISH Abused me in this heated argument
He walked away with my boarding passes, told me that I've been off boarded and will not be allowed to board the flight.
He even used words like "Do you even know who I am. You are free to complain. I'm not allowing you to board this flight".
I have experience of 40 thousand flights if you do not know the systems it is not my fault - Manish
For close to 15 mins Mr. Manish kept abusing me in front of all other fellow travelers
I HAVE BEEN ABUSED SO BADLY BY THIS STAFF MEMBER OF AIR ASIA MR. MANISH THAT I HAVE DECIDED TO NEVER USE AIR ASIA AGAIN
I have already placed a cancellation for my return journey from Air Asia
