So a recent video by a famous influencer on YouTube has exposed the petty politics and cheap business strategy this airlines plays by putting at stake the safety and lives of it's passenger.
First of all this airlines with it's screwed and money making strategy tries to compromise with the health and situation of it's pilots who are responsible for the lives of all the passenger and crew flying in the aircraft. If they are not taken well care of then by no means he'll be able to take the correct decisions during emergencies.
Secondly you do not address the concerns and disputes of your employees then what are you as an organisation ?
Thirdly and infact the most important of all it's the passenger who trust you and invest their hard earned money and you betray them and in turn put their life at stake just to mint few more bucks. This is really disgusting.
