We went there one evening for some health issue that my husband was having. It was fairly easy to go through the process at the reception and we did not have too long to wait to see a doctor.
He was quite thorough and adequate to the requirement.
It was also easy enough to buy the medicines at their pharmacy.
As a doctor's daughter I am bound to be a bit positive in reviewing the Indian medical system but I am not blind and I am also outspoken.
Thus, I am going through the other reviews of this hospital here and would like to raise general concerns:
The behaviour of receptionists in hospitals should not be like that of those in spas; bored young ladies who are too busy with their personal social media and other concerns.
A thorough training in behaviour is required for all medical staff to get them back on track with the ideals that my father and other pioneers of the Indian Medical establishment laid out.
Divorce the system from insurance and make equipment paid for by the govt - this will make a major advance in greed prevention.
As such, though my experience of the hospital was very minor I did not experience anything unpleasant.
