Purchase of my Wagon R was in the year 2015. I did not have any issues with purchasing. The only thing they did during purchase was trying to sell me previous year's model instead of new model. Everything else went smooth.


The reason I've given one star is only due to the servicing part. Most of the spares are never available here. They always have to order it and make it come and this process delays the delivery of our car after any service. I faced this few times and was always patient. The most recent experience was when I had some water leakage inside car during rainy seasons. When I took my car here, they asked me to leave the car and go. After one day, they informed me that the cowl part is full of rust and it has to be replaced and this is the reason for water leakage inside car. I was happy that they found the exact reason correctly. However, as usual they said the usual response, which is - The cowl spare is not available currently and that I have to pay an advance of ₹; 2, 000 for an estimated bill of ₹; 12, 000 ( including the cost of spare, labour, etc.) after which they'll place an order for the spare and I'll have to wait atleast a week for it. I paid the same and left. No one called me from the showroom after that. I had to keep following up with them over and over again to check if the spare came. And the answer was always no. After waiting for more than two-three weeks, I finally asked them to return my car back. And they weren't even bothered to convince me. They just re-fitted all spares that were removed and gave the car back to me. Now I have lost ₹; 2, 000 advance I paid. And there was also a fitting charge that I had to pay for checking my car and identifying the problem.
