I booked a room for two in Hiriyur town, but after completing the booking, I realized that hotels from another town, located 60 km away, were included in the list. I'm trying to contact Agoda for cancellation, but once the payment is made, all options for communication or changes seem to be blocked. It's frustrating since I specified the correct place name, and I don't understand why hotels from different cities are mixed up.
