I feel this review is:
Agoda is not responding with a dispute regarding cash back . I called the hotel they said booking was cancelled but I had personally checked in and paid charges online for which I submitted evidence but neither the hotel nor Agoda is bothered to reply and give cash back. I think this is unfair practise. I was not satisfied with the stay so I posted review accordingly and even that post was removed
