The worse packer ever and big frauds. Beware and dont ever take chance to book with them.
I moved from Delhi to Bangalore and had a nightmarish experience. During the 1st visit for quotation they displayed all kinds of material, wooden boxes, coverings etc. which believe me is just for display.
On the day of packing they didnt bring any such things and packed all the stuff in hush hush. I had to push them hard for many things to be packed properly with full safety but still when I received it, my crockery rack was broken and lot of things leaked and broke.
Worse suffered was my car which I trusted them to be sent in a container. They took my car with 100% advance payment. It took them 3 weeks to deliver my car and that after too much of back and forth follow ups. The day I got my car, I was completely disappointed.
My Car was in bad condition with inside full of dust, Speedometer plug taken out so that I wont know how much it was driven, Speakers were pulled off, Steering in bad condition.It took me 10, 000 Rs. to get it fully repaired. It was fully clear that they havent got my car in a container but have driven from Delhi to Bangalore.When I argued they even didnt care and told me do whatever you want.I would have given them a Zero rating if would have got an option here.
