Agarwal packers & movers must educate its employees to behave professionally & customer friendly!
I have recently shifted my households from Jamshedpur to Bangalore(Dec 2011). It was a worst experience would never think to go to them again! The following items were missing(stolen?) om my consignment.
i) Electric automatic iron box(press box, Philips- worth Rs 1200.)
ii) Webcam(Rs 1000)
iii) Induction stove(RS 4000)
iv) Dinner set and cutleries (Rs 1000) and many other small(but costly) kitchen items!
Moreover, they lost my bed part, broke sofa, center table glass and dressing mirror! Sofa is distorted such a way that I would fall if I sit without fixing it! The delivery person has noted down all the above and told me that he'll make repair/compensation as applicable.
The worst part!
After delivery, I have been calling(already 15 days over!) the Bangalore office(080-22100313) to check the status everyday. Everyday I had to explain the whole story (consignment no. name, from to destination, items missing/broken) to different individuals sitting in the office or maybe explaining to the same person again & again! The response from the people sitting in Bangalore office is pathetic and irresponsible! They put my call on hold for even 10 minutes! They informed they will call me in 5 minutes, but never called me even once!
Also, the tone of the person in the office is rude, negligent, highly frustrating as if we have stolen some items from his consignment! Believe me, if you are expecting for an average or fair customer care, the people in Bangalore Agarwal packers and movers office are not the right one. The company management must realize that they are dealing with highly qualified professionals and should employ people having at least basic courtesy and ethics of responding the customers call properly and reply them promptly! If this attitude continues, the company will surely start loosing several customers in future!
