Why should you chose/not chose Agarwal packers and movers
1.If you do not know Hindi you no need to read further points and stay away from Agarwal packers and movers.
2.If you know Hindi or ready to learn Hindi in 30 days before booking your luggage with Agarwal packers and movers then go ahead because none of your customer care executives, packing staff or transit staff, or Site representatives would be able to talk to you in any other language apart from Hindi(Not even English).
3.Now let us say even after reading the above points you have decided to go ahead with these packers. so be ready to pay whatever extra amount that packing staff asks you either in the form of Ola travel expenses or mehanath ka toufa etc.
4.Also be prepared to either pay in the form of a bribe(less amount) for the items which got missed(even though if it's their mistake) in the video call while giving to quotation or in the form of an official bill(whatever amount they wish to say since you have not listed that item in the earlier quotation given)
5.Now comes your favourite part tracking your package.
They claim while booking x(let's say 4 days) the number of days they will deliver.
Obviously, they will deliver it in x+x(8 days) days.
6.If you want to use their tracking system online it will show you something which is irrelevant for example your package would have been in Bangalore storage center it shows left Bangalore in transit etc which is nowhere relevant
7.When you call customer care(as I told earlier be prepared to talk in Hindi no other language is supported) they will be able to tell you exactly where is your package and luckily they will give the contact number of the person who is responsible for your luggage.
8.Now comes the tricky part if you call those representatives they will tell you all the stories that even a newborn child cannot believe and if you ask them about how Agarwal packers' customer care(during booking time) promised about the delivered date. they will shout at you saying that they are not responsible for delivery dates and will ask you to report whosoever you want to and cut the cal.
9.Finally whenever they feel comfortable they will deliver your luggage and as I told you before.be prepared to pay mehnath ka toufa to unpacked guys.
10.They will tell you while packing that they will fix whatever they have uninstalled at your home and after delivery, they will say we cannot do this because we do not have the tools this tools, etc.
