Hi There - if you have landed here to read a review about Agarwal car transport pvt ltd. then either you have been a victim of this company OR you are lucky that before being a victim u are smart enough to know about them and reading this.

I am putting this review just to make every one aware about this fraud company which can trap you and make your life hell. So before using their service read everything about this company.

Once you raise a request for a quote they will call you back and speak sweetly and provide you with a fake document.

I wanted to transport my car from Jaipur to Hyderabad so checked their site and with

in an hour a lady name - Vanita contacted me using 900446xxxx. After taking me in confidence she sent me a quotation and produced a receipt ( seems to be fake as the address of Gurugram on it did not exist ). The very next day 23 October they sent a driver Kuldeep and picked my car and promised that it will be delivered by 2nd November in Hyderabad. They took payment upfront and said without a full payment vehicle will not be loaded ( My first mistake that I paid the entire amount ). I credited the amount through phone pay.

On November 2nd, I called to Surendar Goad and he said that my car is near to Hyderabad and will be delivered in 2 days as on the border the truck carrier got caught by police. Till this point, nothing alarmed in mind. I called 2 days later and they started to provide false information saying that the car is in Mumbai, the truck driver has abandoned the truck, the vehicle is in Nagpur, Bhopal. I requested them to deliver my car and then Surendar Goad stopped picking up my call and he barely received my phone and on multiple calls he behaved like an illiterate guy, abused and said if I call again and again then he will make my car delivery late.

In this whole harassment at last in November last week ( after 30 days) he provided me a number +91 74191 5xxxx and said that in his truck my car is loaded.

I called this person owner of Rohiwal Transport and he said that my car is loaded on December first from Jaipur. I was surprised where was my car whole time from October 23 to December 1. After calling Surendar Goad he did not provide the correct information about my car.

By 4th December a driver called me and delivered my car, my new brand car ( run only 1900 km) was found in bad condition, they used my car, smoked inside it, threw the cigarette and beedi packets inside with wine and whiskey spots on cars seat. They stole 4-foot mats.

I had to lodge a complaint against them as they used my car and make it in bad condition. They scratched on fast tag so that it will not be scanned on tolls.

Please be vary careful with these guys, an entire gang is involved in this and if you dig in more, there are multiple cases on this company and Surendar Goad.

They delivered my car in 40 days after putting me in deep depression and harassment.
