We have booked our car(New Honda City) for transport from Jaipur to Bengaluru through Agarwal Car Transport Pvt. Ltd. I have paid 17886 rupees in advance. Car company said that car will be delivered in 7-10 days. They gave us a tracking number through which we can track the loaction of truck which is carrying the car.
However, when car was not delivered in 12 days, we enquired and Surinder picked the phone from now on. He said that the car will be delivered in the next 3-4 days. He told us that the truck which is carrying the car has stuck at the police station outside of city and when you try to follow up Surinder will abuse you and say that he is very disturbed and in trouble so don't call him to increase his trouble.
I tried to ask for the phone number of driver of the truck then Surinder told that driver ran away. When we enquired further from other sources, we came to know that car is still in Jaipur. So I don't know what we were tracking.
Hence, on 15/02/2023, we called Surinder and told that we are taking our car back and give us our money back as you have not provided any service to us. To get my car back, I have to pay 5000 rupees extra. The car company agreed to give us our money back. Although we have received the car, however, not a single rupee has been returned so far. Car company has blocked our phone numbers when we tried to contact them and if we try to contact any new number they also block that number as well.
Surinder Goad is lier. He doesn't give you his Aadhar Card or any ID details. This company won't even pick up your car for 2-3 months. I have found my car has been run for 100-150 km till the last drop of petrol has been sucked from it.
NEVER BOOK FROM AGARWAL CAR TRANSPORT PVT LTD. They have so many phone numbers but only one person picks the call every time: SURINDER GOAD. He is a fraud. If you are talking to him you are in trouble. When you first time call this company a lady talks to you. Once you gave them money you have to deal with Surinder. The website shows the address of Gurugram but the invoice I received has the address of Navi Mumbai.
I have launched a complaint against him in Consumer Court. Just don't ever make the mistake to give your car to him.
I have an audio clip how he talks to coustmer when you try to follow up for YOUR car. When Surinder was not picking up our phone so we requested to a known one to contact Surinder and ask about our car. I don't know how to attach a video clip with this file but If you ask I can email you.
