This is my experience which I faced on my Manali Leh Srinagar bike trip which I booked through Adventure Nation.
We were very excited about the 11 days trip that was planned in very advance. Adventure Nation is the booking website where these guys only take guarantee to make fool out of you and spoil your entire trip.
We were supposed to start our trip on 13th June 2019 from Manali to Leh and then Srinagar, but these guys cheated us at every step and cancelled our trip on 15th June after forcing us to stay in Manali for 2 days with the hope that maybe they will start the trip but after making us to wait for 2 days they finally cancelled the trip.
Cheating process that these guys followed -
1) charged hefty amounts for the trip(43000) and in the end after wasting our 2 days in Manali where they kept on telling us lies they deducted (10000) from our booking amount just for 2 days which they wasted.
2) At the time of booking, person who sold us the package (Ankit Sharma) who is again the biggest fraud face of this fraud company, this person took us in confidence by giving us false promises that he'll be there all the time whenever we will need him but then when these guys created drama when the trip started he wasn't even reachable. When finally got the chance to speak with him he was so rude and abusive and denied to help.
ANKIT SHARMA you are such a fraud.
3) At the time of booking they told us that there will be maximum 15 people in one group, but after reaching to Manali we got to know that they have more than 60 people in the group.
Thus they failed to provide us this big amount of bikes to us and all the arrangements were very badly handled thus NO BIKES - TRIP CANCELLED.
4) Gave all kind of excuses to justify why they cancelled the trip, but the fact was that it wasn't possible to provide bikes for 60 people at a time (logical also) thus they looted our hard earned money and cancelled the trip.
5) Firstly they spoiled our entire trip and then wasted 2 days in Manali with false promises that soon trip will start. And then deducted 10000 per person for 2 days. YOU THEIFS.
It's very difficult to take this many leaves when someone is working, and these guys then spoil all our efforts and excitement that we have for our dream trip.
I STRONGLY SUGGEST NEVER BOOK FROM ADVENTURE NATION, THESE GUYS ARE VERY MANIPULATIVE AND THEIFS.
