This is one of the most unprofessional infrastructure company. People have no work ethics in the company. Below points about this company

They have changed the site plan of the society in adore samriddhi from the actual plan shown during the purchase & now 65 shops is decided to construct inside the society without any consent of the buyer & security issue in the society .when I have called them they told me that you can surrender your flat if you have any issue.

So after 2.5 years I wasted my time , money on these clowns.guys do remember if you surrender Gst will be deducted from your payment. That means it will be huge loss for you.

Adore grand & happy homes is already having a huge complaints about the ill manner staff & construction quality.

So please please think twice before investing in the adore real tech .

PROPERTY DEALER ARE THE WORST BECAUSE THEY DON'T GIVE THE ACTUAL INFORMATION.

DO NOT BUY ANY PROJECT FROM THIS COMPANY.
